Woman at a Table - original ink and watersoluble crayon figurative drawing

I am thinking of painting a woman seated at a table and did this little preparatory sketch.  I really do love interiors and cozy rooms, so this little 6 x 4" on a cold press watercolor paper postcard may eventually lead to a painting.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Connie, when you make the painting, do you usually paint from your black and white sketch and make up the colors from your memory or imagination? Thanks.

Thank you Hilda - when I get time I'm going to paint it. Finding time is the problem, though.

Hi Lucy - I try to remember and sometimes make notes, but if all else fails, there's always imagination. PS - I voted for you.

Reached your page through google search while searching for an image for my poem.
Loved the preparatory sketch, looking forward to the painting.

You have a wonderful page here!

May I use this sketch for one of my poems? I will mention the copyright and link back here
