Allie's Naptime - original oil figurative painting

It's great for both the model and the artist when the model gets to take a nap.  The model is completely relaxed and comfy and the artist has a model who holds the pose perfectly.   Allie loved this pose and so did I!  This painting is on 6 x 12" canvas. Thanks for stopping by!

I always look forward to the sleeping model on the longer poses. You have captured her so well.

Hi Anthony - I guess we figure drawers (is that a word?) all think alike, especially toward the end of the session when the model's tired and we are, too. I think concentrating for such a long time is draining. Those sleeping poses always come along at the right time!
