Catching Some Rays - original oil figurative painting by Connie Chadwell


This is a just for fun painting and done very quickly. It's painted from a drawing I did from life - I gave myself a limited amount of time to finish it and when that timer went off, that was the end of the session. I really wanted to fiddle with it here and there, but restrained myself. Whew! Self-control is really tough!
It's 6 x 6" on Gessobord. Thanks for looking! Sold

Wow! I love this piece. Completely nice. I like paintings of a full figure and this one is really appealing. Great pose and capture with visually attractive brush strokes.
